Units for auction will remain locked until time of auction. Terms: Cash or ck w/proper ID. 4% surcharge on all debit or credit cards. A security deposit of $100 per unit to successful bidder will be charged. The purchase unit must have all items removed and swept clean within 72 hours of auction to be reimbursed the security deposit. Not responsible for accidents.
